Vault | DECENTRALIZED clinical TRIALS white paper
Vault Health needed a thought leadership asset that could help clinical research audiences understand decentralized trials as more than a pandemic workaround. The white paper positioned DCTs as a practical response to long-standing clinical trial barriers: patient recruitment, geographic access, participation burden, diversity, data acquisition, and retention.

My approach
This project shows how I approach long-form content strategy in complex healthcare categories: by finding the argument that helps the reader understand why a model matters, not just what it is.
For Vault, decentralized clinical trials were not framed as technology for technology’s sake. The white paper connected the model to the real barriers that shape trial participation: recruitment difficulty, site access, travel burden, mobility, cost, work schedules, childcare, and distrust among underrepresented communities.
My role was to turn that complexity into a clear, structured case for change — one that could educate prospective clients, support lead generation, and position Vault as a credible partner in a changing clinical research landscape.
